Your downtime forms, built from your live Epic build
Upload your Epic flowsheet export. Lumenly's form engine reads your flowsheet rows, groups, and value types — then generates a print-ready PDF kit that mirrors what your staff already knows.
Three steps from export to print
No Epic credentials shared. No PHI involved at any point. Just your flowsheet build structure — row labels, value types, and groupings.
Export your Epic flowsheet build
Run a Clarity report query to export your flowsheet configuration — row names, groups, value types, units, and normal ranges. We provide the exact query. Save as CSV.
Upload to Lumenly
Upload the CSV through the secure web portal. Lumenly's engine parses your flowsheet configuration — no Epic credentials, no VPN, no integration project required. No patient names anywhere in this file.
Download your PDF kit
Lumenly generates print-ready downtime forms engineered to your exact Epic layout. Each form uses structured grid geometry so scanned copies can be processed by Lumenly's Recovery platform later.

Forms that match what your staff already knows
Staff shouldn't have to relearn documentation during a downtime event. Lumenly generates forms that mirror your actual Epic configuration — the same rows, the same groupings, the same value types.
Vital Signs Flowsheets
Structured grids matching your Epic vital signs flowsheet — same rows, same sequence, same value type annotations (numeric, coded, free text). Time columns sized for shift-length documentation.
Fall Risk Assessment
Fall risk evaluation forms built from your Epic fall risk flowsheet — Morse, Schmid, or your configured tool. Each sub-score field, total score line, and intervention checklist reproduced in the same layout clinicians use in Epic.
Nursing Assessment Checkboxes
Assessment forms built directly from your Epic nursing flowsheet rows — each system assessment section, checkbox value set, and free-text field reproduced in the same sequence clinicians see in Epic.
Intake & Output Grids
I&O tracking grids with your organization's configured fluid types, output categories, and shift totals columns. Structured for accurate volumetric entry under time pressure.
What the free tier includes — and doesn't
We believe in being explicit about limits. The free tier is genuinely useful for a small facility with a stable Epic build. It's not the right fit for large health systems or organizations that need automated pipelines.
20 generated forms per organization
You choose which 20 flowsheet templates to generate forms for. A small community hospital typically needs 8–15 forms. If your organization has more templates — or you want to generate forms for every department — upgrade to Pro for unlimited form generation.
Pro: unlimited forms across all flowsheet templates
Manual CSV upload only
You run the Clarity report query yourself, save the CSV, and upload it here. There is no automated pipeline or scheduled pull. Your Epic credentials are never shared with Lumenly.
Pro: provisioned Clarity pipeline — no manual step
No automated change detection
Lumenly does not monitor your Epic build for changes. If your clinical informatics team adds flowsheet rows or reorganizes groups, your printed forms will drift from the live Epic layout until your next manual upload.
Pro: diff alerts when your Epic build changes
No order set optimization
Your printed order sets come from your existing Epic build as-is. A 30-page pre-printed order set is difficult for nurses to process during a downtime event. Lumenly-assisted simplification to 2-3 pages is a Pro feature.
Pro: order set optimizer
Community support
Documentation and community forums only. No email support, no implementation assistance, no onboarding call. Self-service.
Pro: email support, 1 business day SLA
No PHI — ever
The free tier never touches patient data. Your CSV contains only Epic build metadata — flowsheet IDs, row labels, value types, and units. No patient names, no clinical data, no BAA needed.
Recovery: full PHI handling with BAA — separate product
No PHI means no BAA — and no billing complexity
The free tier works exclusively on your Epic flowsheet build structure — flowsheet IDs, row labels, value types, and units of measure. There are no patient names in this workflow. No clinical data. No PHI of any kind.
Because we never handle PHI in the free tier, we don't need a Business Associate Agreement. There's no procurement process, no IT security review, and no legal department sign-off required. A clinical informatics manager can set this up in an afternoon.
Recovery is different. When you need to extract data from paper charts after an outage — documents that contain patient names, medications, and clinical observations — that is PHI. Recovery requires a BAA, full HIPAA controls, and a separate contracting process.

Readiness Pro
When you outgrow the manual upload
Pro replaces the manual CSV step with a provisioned Clarity pipeline — plus order set optimization and change detection alerts.
Automated Pipeline
Your IT team configures a scheduled Clarity report to push to Lumenly's secure endpoint. No manual exports. Forms regenerate automatically when your build changes.
AI Order Set Optimizer
Lumenly parses your 30-page Epic order sets and proposes a 2-3 page simplified version based on pre-selected defaults. Included in your PDF kit — staff can actually use it during a downtime event.
Change Detection Alerts
When your Epic build changes, Lumenly diffs the new snapshot against the previous one. You get an alert identifying which forms and order sets are now out of date — not a task to track yourself.

Start free.
Upgrade when you need it.
The next outage isn't a matter of if. Generate your downtime kit now — no PHI, no credit card, no contract.
